A lifesaver! I had very irregular and painful periods, sudden weight gain, and low energy. After taking two capsules, my period started the next day. I initially bought this supplement at 48, struggling with libido and menstrual irregularity. I found Dong Quai helpful in rekindling desire, and after a polyp was removed, my menstrual cycle returned to normal. It also lessened premenstrual symptoms significantly. While I can't definitively attribute changes solely to the supplement, it’s worth trying.
